B200W default password
Default password for gateway: gtadmin (for admin), user (for user)
Default password for wifi: unknown ( it means I don’t know, but don’t lose hope I have a remedy for this)
Every time you hard reset the device the default profile will be “Globe” (base on my experience), during this mode you cannot connect to the internet neither by LAN nor by WIFI (if you are using a postpaid sim). In order connect to the internet you should select the correct profile depending on the sim you are using (ex. If you are using a prepaid sim you must select the “Prepaid” profile, and if you are using a postpaid sim you must select the “Postpaid” profile). But you cannot change the profile because there is no other option in the profile after your broadband had been reset. In order to do that you must make a profile that named either Postpaid or Prepaid, depending on the sim that you will use.
To do this connect your B200W Globe broadband to your computer, turn it ON, open the gateway, type 92.168.1.1/globe in any browser you want (Explorer, Mozilla or Google Chrome etc.)
Enter the password: gtadmin
go to Admin Settings - 3G Settings - Profile Settings and enter the following on the space provided:
if you are using a Postpaid sim.
Profile Name: Globe Postpaid
Dial-up Number: *99#
PPP User Name: (leave it blank)
PPP Password: (leave it blank)
APN:
( ) Dynamic ( x ) Static internet.globe.com.ph Note: select Static
IP Address:
( x ) Dynamic ( ) Static (leave it blank) Note: select Dynamic
Then select save.
if you are using a Prepaid sim.
Profile Name: Globe Postpaid
Dial-up Number: *99#
PPP User Name: (leave it blank)
PPP Password: (leave it blank)
APN:
( ) Dynamic ( x ) Static http.globe.com.ph Note: select Static
IP Address:
( x ) Dynamic ( ) Static (leave it blank) Note: select Dynamic
Then select save.
To select the Profile option you made go to Admin Settings - 3G Settings - PPP Settings
Profile List: Select either Globe Postpaid or Globe Prepaid
