Okay lang po ba yung ginagawa ko na una yung close-grip bench before flat bench press? Kapag kasama ko kasi yung friend ko mas inuuna nya yung flat bench press then decline bench tapos last nya yung close-grip.
Anong araw ko po kaya pwede gawin ang stronglift 5x5? Parehas lang po ba yung squat and rippetoe?
