Just want to clear out some things. You'll get rep if you continue to help other members here in the forum. Aswell as by contributing things and reporting threads or post that is in wrong section or violating the rules. So keep up doing what you can for the members and you'll be rewarded. We just need to be patient.

tama ka, 
pero ang pagkaintindi kasi ng karamihan dati ay kapag nadadagdagan ang thanks received nadadagdagan din ang rep (e.g. kung may 100 thanks = 1 rep),
