I created this using VB.NET ^_^.... using this following tools

> Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate ( Visual studio 2010 Express would do )
> Ionic DLL Library
> some free tools for conversion
> Google.com < so much help ^_^

the internet is a vast library of different books.. just learn how to harvest this vastness.

^_^ algorithm is the first step in developing an application..

you should create a step by step list on how would you do a job by your own, then eventually, code it using the language (VB.net) ...
