First, what is the search function?
Search function is the little "Search" with the arrow down on the upper portion of the screen, along with the word "new post".
It is used to search for particular terms for you to find what you would like to look for.
This is what the search panel looks like:
Once you hit Search or the magnifying glass icon, you'll see something like the one below.
In this example, we used Pokemon.
These are the results found
It is always arranged by the latest reply
The Search Hits:
These are the key words we used to find what we are looking for using the search function.
Key words will be highlighted. Check niyo rin yung URL..
"POKEMON" was used for this example

Click Advance Search and scroll all the way down.
Click one of the keywords to show the threads containing that keyword

The difference here is that you can select more than one area in which the results will be shown.
Pwedeng magbigay ng result sa Forums at Albums, or Post at FAQs lang or mas marami pa.
Searching 101 :
Di daw accurate ang Search Function?
Nope di po ito palpak, namimisuse lang natin. Here are some rundown that may cause the search function not to work properly.
- Masyadong di specific ang keyword na ginamit mo.
- Conflict sa function. (specially sa advance search.)
- Too much keyword. Good for only 2 words lang per search ang search function, more than that it'll return with irrevelant results.
