HALFTONES
May nagtanong tungkol sa halftones. medyo mahirap nga naman sa hindi sanay sa photoshop. so heto po ang solusyon para gawing halftone ang design ninyo ng walang kahiraphirap. ito ay photoshop actions for CS versions ng photoshop. automatic narin nitong nilalagyan ng registration marks ang iyon design na kinanvert into halftones. basahin nyo na lang ang readme na kasama ng file. galing po ang actions na ito sa wiflex easyart. mayroon rin silang demo version ng easyart so pwede nyo rin po pagpractisan yun for color separation, yun nga lang e 6 colors po at hindi cmyk kasi sa full version lang po available yun. yan muna. enjoy

sa amin naman bag print pero silkscreen din...pero meron din kaming mga shirts....

gusto ko matutunan yung CMYK print kung paano yon....

Welcum aures..Hindi po ako afiliated sa mga printing business..Hehe, pangpersonal use lang ang piniprint ko at panggift din sa bestfriend ko..Maganda yung cmyk separati0n method kasi pang photographic yun pero medyo mahirap lang but with practice and trial & error mamamaster din yan..

Yup, kaya lang sa n0vember pa birthday ng bestfriend ko kaya sa october pa ako gagawa ulit ng print..Dipende kung an0ng uri ng textile ink gagamitin m0 at sa lake ng design..If ordinary lang, 600 is en0ugh basta yun lang alternative sa photo emulsi0n gagamitin m0..Sa department stores lang ako bumibili. Wala kaseng tulco outlet dito sa negros oriental..Hayaan m0, pag.Gumawa ako ulit kukunan ko ng pictures para makita mo rin..

hmmm....madali lang ba mag print???tska paano mo nililipat yung positive sa screen?dito kasi sa amin ako lang gumagawa ng postive pagdating dito printed na sa bag...kaya wala akong alam kung paano napupunta yun sa screen....may machine ba na ginagamit???

walang machine na ginagamit..madali lang ang pagprint, ang medyo tricky lang is yung timing ng paglalagay mo nung positive(layout/design) sa screen. pinahiran ng emulsion yung screen evenly tapos pinatutuyo para di dumikit ang positive..store it in the dark room for one to 2 days...patuyuin lang, wag patigasin (if you have a blower or electric fan itapat mo nalang dun para matuyo agad but in the dark place parin),..then the positive (the printed part facing down) is laid flat in the screen under the sun for 3-4 minutes if nasa bond paper nakaprint yung design..then after that remove the negative at immediately inilalagaay sa tubig and screen for few seconds tapos mapapansin mo agad na medyo soft yung ibang part ng screen (thats the negative now)..ang nangyayari kasi yung may print sa positive mo ay di makalulusot agad ang sinag ng araw kaya mas soft ang screen under it compared dun sa unprinted na malayang lumulusot ang init..e-spray (use orchid sprayer para makontrol mo ang pressure, baka masyado malakas mabubutas lahat) mo ang tubig sa screen at mabubutas yun yung mga soft parts.

Mayroon namang screenshots dun sa nakalink na file..di ko maipost dito kasi mobile lang ako..
