    kailangan lang matulog maaga wag masyadogn magpuyat kumain sa tamang oras at mag exercise araw araw

    According sa mga nabasa ko, drink milk 2 hours before ka matulog sa gabi. Tpos kain ka ng fresh (not cook) egg every morning.. Tpos stretching araw-araw at dapat enough sleep (at least 8 hours) every night...

    di ba may bacteria yung fresh na itlog depende sa itlog, ung bata ako kumakaen aq ng itlog na fresh pero triny ko ngaun sumakit tiyan ko nilagnat at nag tae aq
