Western Washington Free Dial-up Service
Download NoCharge Dialer!
The new dialer contains the most comprehensive list of numbers NoCharge.com has to offer!
Important Note:
Access is free in local calling areas where NoCharge service is provided. If you must dial long distance to connect to NoCharge, the only cost for connection and usage of the NoCharge service is the regular long distance toll billed by your long distance carrier. If you are attempting to connect from outside the NoCharge service area, you will hear a fast-busy signal and the call will not be completed.
Windows 95/NT/2000/XP Users:
Download Instructions:
A File Download window will prompt you to begin downloading the NoCharge.com Software. Select "Save this program to disk" and click okay. A "Save As" window will ask you where on your computer you would like to save the file. We suggest saving the file to your desktop or c:/temp. Click Okay.
Be patient, it might take a few minutes to download the NoCharge.com Software. When the download is complete locate the file, nocharge.exe, double click on the file to install the NoCharge.com Software. If you can't find or have forgotten where you saved the file, run a search for the file named "nocharge.exe". After double clicking on the file simply follow the instructions to install.

When the NoCharge connection manager window opens, enter your username: guest and your password: password. Next click on the "settings" button and then on "phone book". Click on the "Connect" button. It is truly that simple!
