walang ganun, nasa network provider ang may kakayanan mang block ng sim ex. na lang pag di na active ang sim mo, mablo-block nila yun automatic, subukan mo tumawag sa service ng network provider para mablock ang sim, kadalasan ginagamit yun pag nanakaw ang cell phone.

Ang posible lang e iblock mo siya na magtext sayo or to any particular number na gusto mo as long as may software kang maiinstall sa cp mo like blackballer or mcleaner. Pero kung mas higit pa diyan gusto mo e mahirap ata yun. (Unless hi profile hacker ka at kaya mong ihack ang pentagon which means maningmani lang sayo ihack ang globe/smart/sun  )
