@bro ang it ay kelangan marunong magtroubleshoot software and hardware,mostly through ur knowledge skill basically networking..hardware and software..

tama ka dito bro, do some research to improve your system in company same with network then also study all the people using the computer
kung nag facebooks, porn site, then bring usb in and out office, then you restrict it,
kung hindi pwede i restrict ang usb then educate proper use of usb. kasi dati may graphic artist sa kanya pala source sa virus nang network.

dude search k sa google my mga fee tutorial ng networking! mostly talaga sa isang it mch more on networking! lalu n dapat marunong k sa routing,lalu n sa servering domain controller, domain name server, firewall and security!  hit n lang tnx dude pag naka2long!

bago ka gawa nang network do some cisco packet tracer then pass it to your boss if aprove then do deploy your design.
other advice bro if ilang level building ninyo? per level my switch hub ka dapat then series mo.
iba kasi first floor nila client, then server at second floor lahat nang utp from first floor to second floor dami utp cable ma gamit.
kung may swicth hub ka per floor then silang utp cable going up.

My Workplace:
1 Playstation 3 as web server... since they have good handling on heave\y server task
1 Playstation 3 as a firewall... somehow... can handle DDoS and other kinds of attacks..
1 Playstation 3 as a MySQL server...
all Ps3 are running on OtherOS mode.. with linux ydl installation on them
1 intel core 2 duo custom build as NAS server... running with 12pcs of 1.5TB HardDrives running on single CPU.. with 2gb mem... installed with opensource freeNAS
2 intel core 2 duo running with 2003 server as Active Directory Servers... 1 backup and 1 main...  just in case na magloko isa.. may backup
1 intel core i7 processor running as DNS server and Domain Controller with Windows 2003 installed..
---- ako nag setup niyan hehehe
the backbone of the network is running using gigabit Ethernet.. while each station has a switch port with 100mbps port speed..
