Re: ask ko lng po
About dun sa hacking using I.P.
You'll need more than the I.P. address to successfully enter and compromise a system. You'll also need to know an open port of the computer and exploit that to be able to access the "victim's" system. And then you'll need knowledge in issuing commands to remote computers so you can "hack" it.
The internet sharing is a bit more possible, but you'll need to know how the ISP of the other PC works so you have an idea how to use the acquired IP to your advantage

have no idea with it. i've dont heard about something like that. all i know and witness is to to track ip to other users and also packeting connection using tracking ip address to others which means they can access to decrease your connection and will get you disconnect of which you using online programs by tracking only them your real ip address and they will packet on it and have no idea how to use it.
well, regarding with your question. for me, is just a Myth.
You can do absolutely nothing with an IP address unless the other computer is compromised. In either case, it would be illegal for you to attempt a connection.
