VC: same lang nvidia at ati
PSU: Corsair subok na PSU yan, at HEC pag dating sa bang4buck PSU/entry level PSU

Siguro mas ok kung battle of brands din sa sa VC for each technology like Inno3d, Galaxy, PowerColor, XFX, etc.

yes sir, may PCI-e x16 slot naman sya. anu po ba processor nyo? about sa fan naman para well ventilated ang loob ng cpu natin lalu na kung into Overclocking tayo ng mga parts natin mas maganda kung yung exhaust fan na nasa rear ang malakas maybe 2000RPM/110Cfm hahaha para di na tinututukan ng Hanbishi Windmill na electricfan. hehehe same goes as the liquid cooling aftermarket cooling ito sir that replace the stock heatsink of the processor kumbaga rekta itong tube nya sa processor, pwede rin sa video cards, pero lakas sa kuryente nito, kung di ka naman nag ooverclock at benchmarking. pag nag upgarde ka ng VC di naman as in tatadtarin mo na ng fan yung buong system mo its up to you kung anung setup ng mga fans mo basta well ventilated, check mo sa benchmarking programs yung cpu temp. mo yung iba abot ng 60c to 70c sobra init, sakin 29 to 31c lang di naman kasi ako naka overclock hehehe. i have total of 6fans with leds pero total of 11 fans ang pwede dito sa casing ko po.
