iPad bluetooth connection

Hi there. Good day to all of you. I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have an iPad 16gb wifi v4.3 and I also have a MBPro v10.6.6. I have some questions about pairing them together using both of their bluetooth device. It seems that I can't pair them together. What do I have to do? Is it also possible for other phones to be paired with my iPad? My E63 also can't be paired with my iPad. Last question, is there any app available that I can use to control my MBPro via bluetooth not wifi? Thanks in advance.
