Pa advise naman, 6 months na ko nag ggym pero hirap talaga magpaliit ng tiyan... nadevelop na (kahit pano) ung arms, chest, and shoulders ko pero abdomenal muscle zero pa rin..

almost one month na ako nag gym wala pa rin muscles na develop,nakakafrustrate! hhhhaaaay.....may hormonal imbalance kasi ako masyado mataas prolactin level ko kaya abnormal din testosteron level ko......

5-6 months onward bago mo makita result, hindi yan overnight brad.tsaka depende pa yan sa diet mo kung namemeet mo yung daily recommeded intake mo ng calories,protein,carbs etc.
