    @symb. .ayun. . .ganyan lang katawan gusto ko dre. .yaw ko maging dambuhala. . . . Ok, ok. Cge2 salamat dre. . Gaya nang payo m0 5lbs per session at 10 sa deadlift. .start ako nang 20lbs(lbs) dis week nasa 40lbs na ako. . .kaya lang buhatin hndi kc pagod ang katawan. . . Ung nga lang mga ng g-gym tinatanong program ko, ung bang parng "ano ba ginagwa nito parang walang sa rumbo/routine" minsan naiilang ako haha. . Pero ayos lang sa huli mg kakaalaman. .hahahaha. . Sila kase grabe kulang nalang kainin ung bakal lalo na mga bguhan kagayo ko gusto agad kagaya nang mga wrestler, sila ng tuturo sa akin kesa gnon daw dapat haha. .

    mga master advice naman if no gagawin ko...kasi tagal na ko nagggym kaso hinde pa rin masyado lumalas muscle...pero paglalaro ako meron na pagkatapos ko maglaro wla nananaman...1 year na ako nag ggym....thank advance mga master

    hindi ka SIGURO nakain ng tama, hindi sapat na tulog, at di ganun kabigat binubuhat. Kaya di ka nalaki.

    @symb n ponkan: tol clarify ko lang. Don sa dagdag na 5lbs per session. . 5lbs per plate ba kumbga 10lbs lahat or 2.5lbs each. . Wala kase sila 2.5lbs. .5lbs lang kaya un add ko. Ayos lang ba. .

    Hi mga masters, I noticed parang wala na masyadong improvement sa katawan ko for the past 6 weeks and di na nadagdagan timbang ko. Oras na ba para mag change ng program?

    Suggest naman ng program (weight gain) diyan ;D

    -pano mo ginawa program mo, start pa lang don kana lbs mo like 40lbs? Or start ka sa bar lang wlang plate? Then saka 20lbs, then saka ung current lbs m0. .

    yes mga sir aware ako dun sa gagaan din sya. kapag dumating time na un gagawin ko 5/5 then kapag gumaan na 7.5/7.5. tama naman db? goal ko is tone lang ung braso ko tska yung chest ko.. ayaw ko po mag gym. gusto ko lang dito sa bahay. XD

    saan na po ung routine?
