    My Road to 170lbs..

    2 weeks na ako nagbubuhat sa gym

    Weight ko before is 208lbs so nasa 94kg ako..

    hahaha..

    ngayon medyo nabawasan na 90kg nalang ako 200lbs 4kilos na nabawas..

    Target ko is 170lbs..

    cant wait na maabot ko yun..

    Ano po ba magandang program na pang monday to saturday?
    yun program po kasi ng mga tropa ko
    1st day chest, back, triceps
    2nd day bicep, shoulder legs + abs

    Mas OK pa siguro sir kung 3x a week nalang gaya ng ni rerecommend nila dito na Strong lifts/Starting Strength.

    Meron ka pa oras mag Abs or lakwatsa pag rest days.

    Routine ko kasi ngayon Monday to Saturday, pero mas recommended siguro kung yung MWF na routine lng gawin mo. Tatamarin ka nyan pag palagi nlng Mon-Sat.

    guys ano best milk maganda para inumin. . Specially sa atin mga ng g-gym. ?? Ung milo ok din ba yon? Hehe. .
    @all masters:
    -mga dre base sa experients nyo. Ok din ba mg gym 4days a week??
    -naisip ko kase gawin ung SL5X5, 4 Days. Like, MWFS. .rest ko t,th,sunday.... Big deal ba yong effect nya?? Like wlang improvement or kaya mg kakasakit na mgpagod na ktawan ko?
    Sa ngayon kase MWF lng ako. ..

    Sa ngayon kase MWF lng ako. ..
    based on my experience mahihirapan ka dun sa friday at saturday dahil magkasunod sila, sigurado ako mahihirapan ka sa squat once na malapit ka na magplateau. nakapagtry na ako ng araw araw na routine pero purely body weight exercise lang sya, pullups, pushups and body weight squats lang ginagawa ko nun kaya kinaya kahit araw araw.
