    hello mga sir, ako po di na ako tumaba since college. Ngayon may license na ako at Work hindi pa din, medyo kumakain naman ako ng madami, ano po ba maganda/mabilis na way para mag gain ng weight or magpataba. Nasa Field kasi ako lagi so di ako makakapag Gym.

    Kung nasa field ka palagi e di maganda. Mas problema ang sedentary lifestyle kesa kapayatan which causes more diseases. Kung exercises ang habol mo kahit nasa field, you should try searching for Convict Conditioning. I download mo ang PDF niya at basahin. Another more advanced Ebook would be Pavel Tsatsouline's The Naked Warrior. Andiyan ang lahat ng kelangan mo to stay lean, mean but not thin.

    nakabili na ako ng supplement dyan. medyo may kamahalan nga lang. pero since katabi ng store na yan yung tobby's sports, why not go there? mas mura supplements nila at meron din silang mga fat burners.

    anyway, regarding naman po sa hydroxycut, nag take ako nyan dati. naka 60 caps din ako. maganda naman yung result. kaya lang may mga nawalang lean body mass sa akin. so pumayat talaga ako, and also loosing my gains. siguro dahil na din sa kulang ang protein intake ko that time.
    tip ko lang po: mas makukuha mo yung full effectiveness ng mga fat burners pag namaster mo na ang diet mo. para walang sayang na effort at pera dba
