    @ PcBrod kaya pala ganyan na gains mo...6years kana pala nagbubuhat?continous yun?ganda na ng forms ng Bicep at Tricep mo..any advice how can I gain more muscle specially on Bicep?

    Mga KABAKAL... Totoo ba yun na pag 2-3 days ka di nagbuhat eh mawawala ulet un pinaghirapan mo ng isang araw/gabi na pagbubuhat?

    @whitedevil080487 oo tol 6 yrs regular to the gym then i stop almost 6 yrs din nawala yung gains ko back to zero tumaba ako, etong december last yr ako bumalik, yun profile pic ko to 2 months ago na yan im so amazed lng medyo mabilis ako nakabawi with proper diet and traning i already posted here i think or in the other forum my before and after progress pic.

    i do my bicep and tricep workout 2 times a week only with 3 to 4 programs each usualy partner sya ng leg day ko
    bicep: precher curl, alternate dumbell curl with twist my wrist pag angat ng dumbell, Concentration curl & hummer curl
    tricep: skullcrushers/lying triceps extensions, reverse Triceps Pushdown, Rope Triceps Press-Downs & Overhead Tricep Extension. all Pyramid Sets

    basta hindi ko sinasabay ang arms workout ko sa ibang upper parts lalo na yung mga big part like chest, shoulder and back
    gusto ko kasi ma maximize yung upper streght ko for the arms only mas ramdam ko kasi yung effect pag ganun.

    it's a myth di po totoo yun as long na alaga ka sa pagkain di po basta basta mawawala actualy during your rest ka nga lumalaki.

    muscle memory hehe ganyan din yung kasabay ko sa gym, tagal nahinto then 1-2 months palang nasa condition na agad yung katawan pang contest lol
    ganyan din ako sa arm wokrout, di ko sinasabay sa chest or sa back. sinasabay ko din sa squat or deadlift day ko

    @ponkanito22 tama bro yung nga nangyari muscle memory kala ko dati hindi totoo yung ganun. yun din ang kagandahan pla kapag dati kanang meron mas madali mo na sya maibalik i I don't know if this is true to all pero sa akin kasi na experience ko.

    heheh pareho pla tayo tol pag nag shoulder kasi ako or chest langya dina ako makapag bicep masakit nakagad yung arms ko dina makabuhat ng mabigat kaya maganda talaga para sa akin hiwalay ng days ang arms workout.
