    no need kang mahiya pre. lahat naman nagsimula sa pagbuhat ng magaan. need mo lang maging consitent sa training para makapag-build ka ng strength.

    Yes master nag gym ako pero twice a week lang .. then home workout para sa mga idle na araw .. pero I make sure na may rest ung katawan ko .. By the way SL5x5 program ko .. tapos hindi naman ako umiinom malakas lang talaga ako kumaen kaya mejo malaki tyan ko .. hahaha

    Squat = 120lbs all in na .
    Deadlift = 140lbs all in na.
    Overhead Press = 60lbs all in na.
    Barbell Row = 70lbs all in na.
    Bench Press = 100lbs all in na.

    Any comments ? or advice ? Salamat po

    gano ka na katagal nagbubuhat? gano ka na katagal sa sl? at ano ginagawa mo na home workout?
    tuloy tuloy mo lang yan, matagal magpaganda ng katawan, kelangan ng sikap at tyaga, consistency. Pag malaki na katawan mo, malulusaw na din yang malaking tyan mo. Malaki din tyan ko before nung nagsisimula ako kasi malakas ako kumaen, gusto ko lumaki eh. Pero now ayos lang wala ako abs pero flat tyan ko, 34 waist line ko medyo malaki size pero ayos lang hindi cya nakaumbok pag naka fitted shirt, compensated naman ng chest at back ko kaya ayos lang. haha
    pag malaki na katawan mo, hindi na ganun mapapansin yang tyan mo

    Bago lang po ako nag gym po .. mga mag 2 months pa lang .. hindi ko naman need ng sobrang bulk na katawan .. ung ayos lang tignan at walang malaking tyan hahaha .. squat, abs and variety of push ups ang home work out ko .. Tuloy tuloy workout lng ako .. hindi naman ako nagmamadali hahaha Salamat po

    Magandang hapon mga master at mga kabakal..
    Share lng, 7 months na po ako sa gym using 5x5.
    Ako po ay isang ectomorph, sobra pa ata sa ectomorph sa kapayatan ko.
    Eto na stats ko as of today:

    Squats: 45lbs to 195lbs
    BP: 20lbs to 95lbs
    BR: 20lbs to 75lbs
    OP: 20lbs to 75lbs
    DL: 50lbs to 200lbs

    Mejo mahina pag increase ko kasi natatagalan ako kasi gusto ko maperfect muna ang weight bago ako umakyat.
    Marami rin absent ko dahil may work ako. Pero nakaka twice a week talaga ako sa gym.
    Pls advice para mag improve pa ako, salamat po!

    ano starting weight mo 7th months ago at ano na weight mo now?
    need mo time management, share lang ako 3 work ko isang araw. i almost work 12-14hrs or more a day, dami pa other responsibilities pero nakakapag gym ako at least 4 times a week. Nakakagala pa madalas with friends, etclol. Gusto ko yung ginagawa ko eh(gym) kaya may panahon ako lagi para dito, anyway meron naman 24 hours a day at iisang oras or dalawa lang naman ang gym time ko. Kung gusto may paraan

    medyo mabagal nga yan for 7 months, kumain ka lang madami pa ng lumakas ka pa. gawin mo din at least 3 times a week at laging gawing intense yung workout.
