Okay lang naman kumaen ng rice eh, damihan mo kaen ng rice pag workout days mo para may energy ka at gasolina sa muscles mo then pag rest day mo less rice. rest day at workout day dapat parehas mataas protein. Try mo yung ganyang set up, observe mo ng 2-3 months kung effective sayo.

    ano weight at height mo?
    at gano ka na katagal nagbubuhat? kung less than 3 months ka palang ngbubuhat medyo acceptable pa yang ganyang stat pero kung more than 3 months ka na, may mali talaga sa mga ginagawa mo.

    July po ako ng start pa iba2 program kaya ganun siguro pero nag stRt tlga ako nong snunod ko ung program sept 15 ung sa link po . Ok nmn sya dami nga nka pansin pumyat dw po ako. Kya ngaun mgpapalaki nmn po ako . Ano po ba dpat kainin na d mkakataba? Dapat damihan ung rice. Tpoz ano pa p0? Ung about sa ulam at sa meryenda??
