    Pwede naman kaso mahihirapan kana sa deadlift mo...

    Kaya dun sa binigay ko, mas ok yun... gawin mong 5 set and 5 reps... sulit naman yan...

    Remember hindi mo naman kelangan magtagal sa gym ng ilang oras hehe... pinakamatagal ko na sa gym is 1.5hours, yan e kung may lalapit saken at makikipagkwentuhan... yan ang iniiwasan ko sa gym kwentuhan during workout, focus dapat.

    hmm dami ko narin nabasa about dito... ang sabi depende sa whey mo... meron kasing whey na good for pre workout as it contains substance that can help you with lifting... eto ata yung mga BCAA na supplements...

    some says mas okay pag post work out as it will help your muscle to recover.

    dati kasi, nagbubuhat ako ng wala pang laman stomach ko (fasted training), naging epektib sya saken, then i drink way and eat food pagkatapos ng workout ko

    Hindi ko kabisado yung computation, so nag-google ako:
    The DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 0.36 grams per pound (1). This amounts to (2, 3): 56 grams per day for the average sedentary man. 46 grams per day for the average sedentary woman.

    Mas gumagaan kasi pakiramdam ko pag medyo malamig na tubig eh. Ok lang ba yun?

    tnx sir sinubukan ko yng program mo kahapon nag start muna ako dun sa Friday haha masakit pala talaga pag first time haha tnx yung kaya ko lang binuhat ko di ko kaya yung masyado mabigat haha... sana mag improve tignan ko mangyari after 6weeks tnx tnx

    Sir Ronell sa gaya ko(concern last question about pagiging skinny fat) need ko ba mag take ng amino 2222 and protein shake meron kasi dun sa gym na sinusuotan ko..... or just eat clean lang ako and pag kain ko (eating fish chicken beef wheat bread brown rice vegetables and more real foods) ba same pa din or need ko dagdagan? kung sa pag kain naman may disiplina ako if mag cheat ako healthy pa din pero mas madami ako kinakain and may konting junk nag intermittent fasting(8hrs eating 16hrs fasting) din ako malaking tulong for me kasi hindi ako agad agad nag hahanap ng pag kain and after ng kain ko tulog na wala na akong alalahanin.... tnx in advance

    3 years gym experience here, lagi din ako nag popost dito sa symbianize about gym stuffs. pwede ko kayo turuan haha

    If may budget ka naman, go for whey protein and eat clean food... di kasi ako sure sa amino na yan e

    Kasi ako, ginagawa kong cycle ang paginom ng whey... kapag nasa bulking cycle ako, dun ako umiinom ng whey at kaen madami

    Kapag nasa cutting cycle naman ako, MINSAN may whey ako pag busy sa work (hirap kasi magayos ng food), then control sa food.
