    2. Mas ok kasi sana kung tama yung water mo, para narin sa lasa
    3. Yup, ok yun Hehe ok lang naman kahit wala ka peanut butter, dagdag protein lang sana yun, lalo na kung alam mong konti lang protein intake mo that day.

    may mga nag Calisthenics/street workout dito? any tips po para madagdagan ang reps ng pull up?
