    Mabilis din akong pagpawisan. Duon lng ata napupunta yung fats ko.
    First question how many hours/minutes ka nagbubuhat?
    Suggestion ko lng paps. Bakit di mo din palitan ang workout program mo?
    Panu ka nagpapahinga?
    At ganu kadami yung dinamahin mo ng kaen?
    Pakisagot mo yan, at bibigay ko ideya ko.

    Suggest naman mga sir ng workout na pampahilis ng belly fats yung nasa kwarto lang. Salamat !

    Hello ask ko lang meron ba dito nakapag try na ng 360 Fitness Club?
    Okay ba to sa mga gusto mag gain ng weight?
    Mag kano kaya rates nila?
    Nag e-mail ako sa kanila pero walang pang replay..sana may makasagot TIA.

    hahaha... 6 days palang nman kaya wala p improvement. Try mu gumamit ng mga supplement then do the same routine tiyak yan.

    You dont have to pay mucj just go to gym and lift

    Gudpm, mga maam/sir suggest naman kayo ano magandang workout or diet plan para sa babae para makapag lose ako atleast 10kilos in 1month and 2weeks. posible kaya yun? im currently in 67kls at 5'2 ang height.. need ko lang talaga ng tulong niyo. actually nag start nako last month nabawasan nako ng 5kilos in 1month. dati 72kls talaga ako, ginawa ko nag lift ako dumbels na 5lbs each everyday po for 30mins.. tapos walking then biking atleast 1hr. target ko talaga 10kilos or more (kung kaya) for 1 month and 2weeks. sana ma help niyo ako please. salamat po!

    hindi ko sure kung kakayanin kasi depende pa rin yan sa kung paano magrereact ang body mo sa gagawin mo.

    una dapat maging strict ang diet mo. no oily. no salty. no sweets. pag tiisan mo na walang lasa ang kakainin mo. eat more fruits and vegies lalu na high in fibers. lessen your carbs intake. maganda kung increase mo ang protein mo naman. increase mo ng konti ang fats intake (clean fats)

    search mo ang HIIT workout para sa cutting phase.
