    Tanong lang po, nahihirapan ako magpataba kahit kain ako ng kain, Im 25yrs old and weight ko is 55kg lang and 5,7 height hindi tugma, Any TIP , Makakatulong po ba ang pag GYM para tumaba ako? Nag try kasi ako na mag excersice kaso sa bahay lang push-ups and dumbbell workout lang for 1 month kaso para wala nangyayari parang nag mamaintain lang ako ng weight

    Kung hindi ako tabain ibig bang sabihin mabagal Metabolism ko or Mabagal?? alin po dyan?

    anu anu ba ang kinakain mo? at ano ang mga amount nito? tuwing kelan ka kumakain?

    kumpleto ba ang pahinga/tulog mo?
