    Tanong lang po, nahihirapan ako magpataba kahit kain ako ng kain, Im 25yrs old and weight ko is 55kg lang and 5,7 height hindi tugma, Any TIP , Makakatulong po ba ang pag GYM para tumaba ako? Nag try kasi ako na mag excersice kaso sa bahay lang push-ups and dumbbell workout lang for 1 month kaso para wala nangyayari parang nag mamaintain lang ako ng weight

    Kung hindi ako tabain ibig bang sabihin mabagal Metabolism ko or Mabagal?? alin po dyan?

    anu anu ba ang kinakain mo? at ano ang mga amount nito? tuwing kelan ka kumakain?

    kumpleto ba ang pahinga/tulog mo?

    kain lang ng kain brader. lift 3 times a week at wag ka magpupuyat. dapat ang food mo large meal. atleast 3 cups of rice kada kain. importante sa bodybuilding and nutrition at recovery. kahit buhat ka ng buhat kung kulang kaen mo. sayang lang effort at oras mo sa gym.

    UPDATE:
    8 months straight.
    5-6 times a week.
    (Di pa ako nagfocus sa abs, prioritize muna upperbody.)

    Kaya di visible ang tiyan dahil sa bisyo... (Drinking alcohol 5-8 session per month)

    kami nga ng mga tropa ko REVIEW FOR board exam dn criminologist this october pero sinasabay namin yun kasi mgnda effect pg ngrereview sarap sa pkiramdam . No Excuse!!!!!!

    sayang 8 months 4 buwan nlng isang taon na dapat sinabay mo n, mga gnyang buwan my abs na yung seryoso tlga sa pag ppgnda ng ktawn at tuyo pa, strict diet, tamang nutrisyon. Hindi ka din nag ffat burning exercises no? basta buhat lang?
