    3 days po if you are a beginner to prepare your muscles for the long journey usually po it composes of a full body workout.

    4 days for intermediate po yan usually composes of a push/pull or upper/lower days.

    5 days are for long term gym goers who usually reach plateau and in need of more muscle gains where they need to hit each muscle parts twice a week.

    Ano maiaadvice mo sa kin sir araw2x ako sa gym sat sun restday current sched ko day1 chest, shoulder, tricep abs day 2 back, bicep, legs
    ,abs day3 rest day din day4 balik ulit 3 months pako from 55kgs now nasa 66kgs na ako may kunting improvement naman

    I'm resting for 1 week now. If you've been lifting 6-12 weeks, you should take a break in order for your body to get enough rest. Once you're going to startgoing to gym again, BOOOM!!!!

    Sayang di ako nag pipic di ko makita progress sa katawan, pero I can see/feel the improvements sa biceps/triceps/shoulders ko. Sa chest, tummy, love handles di ko pansin pero ok lang nasusuot ko na ung mga dating masikip na shirts,long sleeves and pants na pumuputok sakin.

    Nakakapag dips na din ako yes. Chin/pull ups di pa kaya, pero alternative ko ung nakahiga.

    Sa weights naman same pa din kung ano lang ung kaya ko basta makabuo ng 3x10-15 reps.

    Effective talaga yan kasi nasa diet mo ang sukatan ng gains mo.
    Masipag ka nga mag-gym, basura naman kinakain mo.. useless yun.
