    what is your goal? gaano na kabigat ang binubuhat mo?

    nasa 10-20 kg lng po, before work out nag tretreadmill ako mga 10-20 minutes dipende kung pagod na ako.

    21 years old, 73kg, 5'6" 1/2 ft

    goal ko is 65kg na may muscle (yung tipong kpag nakasando ka halatang nagbubuhat ka)

    2 months ago yung timbang ko nasa 80kg pero after ko mag gym at diet na abot ko yung 73kg

    hindi ko pa nabasa ng buo yung link mo kasi nasa work ako. how about doing the same program pero increase ka ng weight? need mo kasi machallenge yung muscles mo para magimprove at lumaki. at importante rin ang nutrition, kahil anu gawin mo workout kung hindi naman sufficient yung carbs, protein, at fats intake mo daily ay mababale wala lang din ang muscle growth mo. pag less ang intake mo, maglolose ka ng weight at hirap ang muscle growth. kung sobra naman at magiging bulky ka.

    wala po akong idea sa mga dapat kainin, less rice lng ginagawa ko(mostly gulay ulam ko, minsanan lng mag karne), sa hapon kitkat lng at sa gabi saging at milk lng kpag gutom na gutom po ako dinadagdagan ko ng egg at century tuna minsan.
