    5 lbs ang i-add mo. no choice ka na dun kung hindi available. sa ngayon dahil beginner ka ay madali ang improvement mo at makakaya mo yung 5lbs na additional. ang problema ay pag mabibigat na ang binubuhat mo mararamdaman mo talaga ang difference ng 2.5 lbs at 5 lbs na additional.

    nag ggym n ko before sir pero di ako nagtetake ng supplement, routine ko
    First: Chest / Triceps
    Second: Back / Biceps
    Third: Shoulders / Legs
    Fourt: Abs

    Nag stop lng ako dahil sa work and study.

    same pa rin. masasayang lang ang supplements dahil sa bilis ng improvement mo. mag supplement ka lang pag hindi ka na nagiimprove kahit na tama yung diet na sinusunod mo.

    How about magpataas muna ko ng timbang sir, 56kgs lng kasi ako ngaun, tapos 5'7 height ko, maganda ba magtake ng supplement pag nagpapataas p lng ng timbang?

    hi sa lahat. may tanong po ako kng okey lang ba hugasan ang kamay at punasan ng basang face towel ang katawan pagkatapos mag workout? 1and ahalf to 2hrs po ako kng mg gym. salamat sa sasagot
