    *Brown rice ba yan?
    *Anong klaseng ulam?
    *Ung bread sa Tuna sandwich whole grain ba?
    *Alam mo na ba macros mo?
    *Alam mo maintaining calories mo? Caloric deficit?

    Depende kasi sa Macros and Workout mo para lumabas Abs.. di porke't konti lang kinakain mo magiging malaki na abs,, pwede parin kasi magka Abs kahit kumakain ng marami pero depende sa kinakain (Caloric Surplus).

    Hindi ko pa xa nakikita ung laman ng program pero may nakita ako PDF parang similar lang cguro. Bakit hindi ka nalang mg gym sir? kahit any 5x5 workout. Stronglifts na app download ka.

    May nakapagtry na po ba dito yung puro oatmeal lang ang kakainin umaga tanghali hapon at gabi? effective ba sya pangpatanggal ng mga belly sa katawan? naggygym naman ako 3 to 4x a week.. thanks

    papayat ka lang pero hindi parin lalabas Abs mo ng puro oatmeal lang.. depende sa weight,height,age mo dapat alam mo daily required calorie mo or in your case since gusto mo magkaabs you should be in a Caloric deficit.
