    Good day po. Nag aalanganin ako mag gym kasama yung kaibigan ko bali sya kase mag tuturo sakin. Fresh Graduate po kase ako and nag hahanap pa lang naman ng trabaho. Sa ngayon wala pa kaya napagdesisyonan ko rin muna mag gym. Nasa 105 Kilos na kase ako sa ngayon eh. Sa totoo lang mas hiyang kase ako sa basketball pero since nga wala narin masyado kalaro kaya di na ako nakakapag exercise din. Gusto ko sana mawala mga fats ko haha kaso natatakot akong baka di mag tuloy tuloy workout pag nagkawork na. ano kayang magandang pwede gawin or pwede gawing workout sa gym pang-pa slim lang ng katawan. Nakanood kase po ako sa youtube na once na nag gym ka at nahinto bumabalik rin sa dati or nagkakaroon ule ng fats. salamat po

    Good day po ask ko lang ok lang ba uminom ng mutant mass and then workout lang sa bahay like pag buhat lang ng dumbell ?
    wala kasi time pag mag ggym

    oo naman, gawin mo nalang intense workout kahit bodyweights or dumbells lang.
