Sir, check mo po sa 2nd pic.. may error sa baba.. sabi no driver.. meaning we should install a driver for it.. kindly post your device manager..

ecyrah,

check your windows services.

- type in run command -> services.msc then hit enter

- Drag the down the list of services and double click Windows Audio

- Now on General Tab, make sure the startup type is Automatic

- And the Service Status must be Started.

- Restart your PC and look for the result and update us here.

If doesn't work, check your sounds in device manager, if you don't mind can you post the screenshots here came from the sound details on device manager. alright?
