Subscriber must have the minimum balance required in order to register.
If airtime balance is less than the required amount, the subscriber will not be registered. Subscriber will receive an SMS notification that he/she has insufficient balance. SMS Notification will be charged P1.
If airtime balance is equal or more than the required amount, subscriber will be successfully registered. Subscriber will receive an SMS notification of his registration with calling instruction.
Subscriber registration will NOT push through if he has an existing unlimited texting package (eg. Smartalk 25 & 100, Smartext)
Subscriber can still avail of the other voice promos and services even if he/she is concurrently using the service except for packages with unlimited texting (eg. Smartalk 25 & 100, Smartext). Subscriber will be allowed to register again after expiry of existing package.
The package may NOT be used for roaming or international transactions. Package must be used for peer to peer transactions only and not for commercial purposes or for spamming.
Php 1.00 maintaining balance is required to use the service.

Calls
To make a call with SMARTalk 12, subscriber must dial via prefix *6408 + 11-digit Smart Number (i.e. *6408 09191234567).
Subscriber can make unlimited calls to a maximum of 2 numbers that will comprise his/ her “calling circle”. The first 2 numbers called upon successful availment of the package will be registered as members of the circle.
Subscriber will receive an SMS notification immediately upon successfully registering a number as a member of the calling circle.
To check the numbers registered to the calling circle, subscriber should text MYGRP to 6408.
Subscriber may not change the members of his/ her calling circle while subscription to the package is ongoing. He/she may update the circle during his next subscription where, upon successful availment of the package, he/she will need to make calls to the first 2 numbers that will form his/ her new calling circle.
If a subscriber tries calling a number from another network using SMARTalk, call will not be allowed to proceed and an SMS notification will be sent to the subscriber.
Unlimited calls can be made anytime of the day.
Subscribers have the option to conveniently shift to regular calls by just dialing directly. Then, the regular calling rates will apply.
Unlimited calling is not applicable to roaming and international transactions and to calls to other networks such as Globe, Sun Cellular and Touch Mobile.
Texts
Unlimited texts may be used to send text messages to Smart/TNT/Red only.
Texts to other networks shall be charged regular rates.
Others
Subscriber can still avail of the other promos and services even if he/she is concurrently using the service except for packages with unlimited calling or texting (eg. SMARTalk 100, Call Nyt Long, Text and Call Combo 25, Smartext). Subscriber will be allowed to register again after expiry of existing package.
Php 1.00 maintaining balance is required to use the service.
