■You have to Enable USB Debugging on your Device. To do this you have to go to development option in your appplication setting .
■Make sure that your device has a charge of at least 60%, I would recommend you charge at least 90% to be safe .


1.Extract the tool which is in zip file you have downloaded .
2.You have to install LG ADB drivers if you are on Windows .
3.Connect your tablet via USB to computer .
4.Execute the “run.bat” file if you are windows or “run.sh” from a terminal (on Linux/OSX) .
5.Wait till this get completed .

Nagka bootloop L3 ako minsan kaya gumawa ako tutorial para sa mga nagka bootloop din

1. Download nyo yung dalawang files na pila download dun sa link na ito

2. Once na download niyo na yung files ilagay nyo yung files sa isang folder, preferably sa desktop para dali makita.
3. Connect niyo na phone niyo sa pc via pc software mode
4. Pumunta sa folder kung saan nakalagay yung files na dinownload nyo kanina at hold shift while right clicking and select Open command window here
5. Dun sa command prompt, type nyo :
adb reboot-bootloader
and then
fastboot
lastly type
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
hintayin mag reboot at ok na
nag provide ako ng screenshot, ganyan log sakin nung ginawa ko ito.

Install ROM Manager from the market and open it up.

Steps to Install Official CM9 ICS ROM on LG Optimus L3 E400 :

Download the Official CM9 ICS ROM zip file from the original download

Copy the downloaded zip to the root folder of your sdcard.
You can boot into ClockworkMod recovery by turning off your phone and pressing the Volume Down button + Menu button + Power button simultaneously. An easier method is to use the Quick Boot (Reboot) App..
In the recovery mode, you can navigate using the volume buttons and select using menu/home button.
Make a nandroid backup in recovery mode.
Use these to navigate and select “Wipe” and then “Wipe data” and also consider wiping Dalvik cache if you don’t want to face “Low on memory” issues.
Now, navigate through the interface choose “select zip from SD card” and select the zip file which we downloaded earlier.
After it gets completed, and get back using the back button and select “Reboot” and you are done!.

Personal Opinion:

Kakabili ko lng ng L3 ko and i can pretty much say that i am happy with it.
This is my first android phone so mejo di ko pa maxado alam kung ano ang kayang gawin dito sa phone ko...
here are some of my comment/opinion on some of the features:

Polaris Viewer: built-in na document viewer, though ang natry ko pa lng dito na basahin ay pdf, masasabi ko na ok naman to...

Camera: ok naman para sakin ung camera, wala nga lang auto-focus

Music: aus din naman tong L3 when it comes to music, kaso wala equalizer

Video: i tried playing my psp format movies(mp4) and i can say that ok din to for movie watching. wag nga lng magexpect ng maxadong mataas XD

Games: specifically emulators, working dito ang PSX, GBA, and SNES emulator... ung sa PSX emulator in testing ko pa lng, so far di nmn laggy pero di ko lam kung bakit walang sounds, di ko pa alam pagdating sa mabigat na games like FF and LoD...

Yan lng muna hehehe
