My Own Sisig Recipe
Ingredients
1 kilo pork ears
1/2 kilo pork belly
2 big size onion
2 tbsp garlic minced
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 pcs egg
siling labuyo (optional)
kalamansi
soy sauce
a pinch of salt to taste
MSG
oil for frying
3 tbsp butter
Procedure
If you want more delicious, marinate first the pork belly with kalamansi and soy sauce about 1 hr. Boil pork ears until tender allow it to cool. Grill pork belly half cook, then fry it also. Cut in small size but i prefer cut it in pea size. After cutting pork ears and belly, saute garlic and onion in oil. Mix well, put siling labuyo, kalamansi, msg, and salt. Stir in 10 minutes in a medium heat. After 10 minutes or the pork looks crispy, put butter and stir then turn off the fire. Now put the mayonnaise and eggs above and mix it well.
Good for Pulutan.
