    Step 2.

    Start today not tomorrow - hindi mamaya,bukas,

    Step 3.

    Motivate yourself - walang madaling paraan sa pag-papayat isabay dapat ang tamang diet.,. kaya no shortcuts.,.

    Step 4.

    Find an inspiration - humanap ng inspiration para magawa ang goal.,.

    Step 5.

    Be Happy - siyempre nakaka-sawa rin minsan mag diet.,. masama dine-deprive mo sarili mo sa pagkain kasi lalong mapapkain ka lang ng marami.,. kaya minsan kumain din minsan ung mga namimizz mo pero dapat minsan lang.,.
