I have my BB 8520 for almost a month. my problem is that when I connected my BB to my PC it says new updates are available to my phone than I click install updates after my phone rebooted my contacts were all erased my apps were all removed. The bigger problem is that I cant received any text and call because I have no signal. I went to my settings and checked my mobile network and it says there *NONE*. How will I fixed this ser? please I need ur help po!!
