In step number 3 you will be asked to submit verification documents. You have the choice to use national ID, passport or driving license. If you do not have any of them, say you are a minor and have no voter ID, then ask your parents to use their information. For this go back to step one as you will need to use your parent name and details.

Hey I've been trying to verify my account in paypal, but i accidentally chose Philippines in the dropdown on where the bank is located, I cant change it to US because they said my account is LIMITED. Now they are asking for bank statement / Social security number, how can I have access with that if i didnt have any transactions made yet?

- In fact, it is necessary to choose your country.
- you will need to send them:
1. Copy of your utility bill
2. Copy of driver’s license, or passport. Because these documents are necessary To make sure your personal information
