Filter your list of stocks based on the following

1) Huge market capitalization
2) Low debt
3) Market share leadership
4) Daily stock volume

Wait for BAD NEWS to hit the company like bad quarterly earnings or missing analysts' expectations.

Buy on bad news.

Wait for the stock to recover and make a nice profit.

Keep repeating this pattern with a tight range of companies.
