help! black screen every unlock ng alcatel scribe easy ko. :( please help..

yung alcatel scribe easy ko po ay bigla na lang nag black screen after ma unlock.. nag factory reset po ako, natapos naman sya.. kaya lang nung ilock ko ang phone, then unlock, black screen nlng sya. :( panu po ba ang dapat gawin? :( please help. :pray::pray::pray:
