Help cant factory reset

Hi good day mga ka-symbianize need ko po help na stuck po sa startup ung cp na frend ko myphone rio fun po model tinry ko po mag hard reset (power+vol up) pinili ko wipe data/factory reset tpos may error po "mount /data error" sana po matulungan nyo ko pati ung frend ko

Can't follow the steps for these instructions. Meron file na hindi ma downoad. I followed https://thefirmwarehub.com/myphone-rio-fun-stock-rom-firmware/ kaso naman error din sa pag flash. Hanggang 3% lang sya.. pahelp naman mga boss..
