kung hindi nagoopen ang unit mo hindi mo talaga maaaccess ang ios gui mo.. so kung ayaw mag open ng unit try to press and hold power button and home button at the same time wait until apple logo show up but if it's not working merong possibility na either ang battery mo or one of your board ic or capacitors are failing..

ano po ba ang history ng unit nyo before nangyari yang problemang yan?natry mo na ba sya iconnect sa pc?and nacheck mo po ba ang charging cable ng unit mo?

try mo gumamit ng vpn sa pc mo boss then try mo magdownload sa itunes or you can search the app from google then use 3utools to install the app. anyway sir ano po ba ang mga need mong application so i can upload it

Mga sir, patulong naman po. Meron po kc ako ipad mini, almost 2 years na sya. Pangfacetime at fbvideo chat lng nagagamit. Tapos pnakialaman ng friend ko itunes account, nalimutan ko na ung icloud account ko at email. Hndi ko tuloy magamit ngayon hanggat hndi nailologin. Meron pa po ba paraan para magamit ko yung ipad mini? Wala po ako kahit anong backup data. Salamat po sa sasagot.

kung lahat po hindi nagwowork sayo there's no way to find another tools to install apps in your idevice although makakadownload ka ng apps from the other site but you need those tools to install the applications to your idevice
