^ Imho If wala ka pang main monster na maganda I'd go with Raoq since mas mabilis sya sa farming compared to Ramagos.

Support - Water Sylphid (Healer) | Neal (Stun | Heal | Inv)

STAT Buffer - Halos every team na makaka harap mo sa Arena ay may STAT Buffer (SPD or ATK/DEF)
Bro you need to get one of this.. sa list mo wala ka pong either SPD / ATK / DEF Buffer.

SPD Buffer:
Wind Griffon | Water Werewolf | Water B.H | Fire Garuda

ATK&DEF Buffer:
Wind Pixie | Water Mystic Witch


I do not advise limiting it to four the more the merrier ^_^
Going back to your current list below are my suggestion:


Leader - Wind Sylph(+24% SPD) | Wind Pierret | Raoq or Ramagos | Neal (I prefer Neal over Water Sylphid)

NOTE: Since non-element specific SPD Leader si Wind Sylph you can have different element type on your team, mas flexible team composition. Mamaw ung Wind Pierret pag napalakas mo yan OHKO mga Water Type sa kanya.. kahit Water Chimera ko naka experience ng OHKO sa Wind Pierret.

Leader - Fire Ninja(+30% SPD) | Raoq | Atenai | Ramagos

NOTE: Fire Ninja(Violent/Focus - SPD/ATK/ACC ) and Atenai(Violent/Blade - ATK/CRITR/ATK) have DoT effect on their first
skill. You're going to have good multiple DoT team if you build them with Violent Runes (see page 65 of this thread).
Mas mataas ang SPD Buff ni Fire Ninja compared to Wind Syplh kaso for Fire Allies lang. See page 69 of this thread ganun ung
magiging result ng DoT Team mo or mas maganda pa ^_^

ikaw ng bahalang pumili kung anong team mas feel mo ^_^

Hindi kaya tied to specific element sila? Monkey - Wind lang meron or every element meron?
