    you can do the exercise twice a day. Sa umpisa medyo mararamdaman mo yung pagod kasi yun yung magiging initial reaction ng katawan natin but later on, masasanay din ang katawan mo. Ganyan din ako dati nung nag sstart ako with this exercise pero kalaunan your body will deal with it.
