    sa tingin ko po hindi nyo sinundan ng maayos ang steps, hmmm una dapat iunlock nyo po muna un boootloader. or dapat muna pala vinerify nyo kung pwede ngang iunlock po yan kasi sabi nyo fastboot flash boot boot.img (yung boot.img is the kernel na ifaflash nyo) hmm ano po ba un steps na sinundan...

    actually, most of the launcher kaya na pong gawin ang hinahanap nyo (ang magpalit ng icon) :yes: mapa Nova Launcher, Go launcher EX, SSLauncher, ADW, APEX etc.. nagkakaiba iba lang po yan sa performance. but i suggest ko is Nova Launcher :D smooth at hindi ganun kabigat sa resources :yes:
