    Same sa amin. Plan 1299 usually 1mbps lang na dpat 10mbps. Sa tingin ko congested ung area mo. Try mo galawin ung antenna mo tapos habang ginagalaw mo yung antenna monitor mo sa page ng globe (192.168.254.254) kung nag babago ung signal status. Check this for your reference ka.
