    Pagawa sayo? So how are you going to address the hard brick possibilities on 11w29+? Unlocking bootloader is an easy job its just a click away but the hard part is the luck you need to be able to unlock it safely.

Most case youll end up in hard bricked but there are phones that had been successfully unlocked with 11w29+ manufacturing date. You will just need guts and courage to do so.     @zack yes you can root it, just be aware that you will void your warranty. Post paid phones mostly network locked but it doesnt affect rooting your phone unless you want to unlock its bootloader.
