    Walang ganun! :) sorry.. need mo talaga mag effort at mag exercise kasabay ng diet mo. and at times you don't need to diet kung masipag klang sa pag eexercise. exercise doesn't mean to lift weights. pwede ka din mag yoga stretching or calisthenics (body-weight exercises) goodlak! :)

    i-condition mo muna katawan mo.. more cardio.. takbo.. stretching. then try calisthenics para sa mga beginnners. madami nyan sa youtube. body weights lng. no need to go to gym. pero balanced diet and rest is a must.
