    sir need help dito sa alcatel one touch 819n. no power as in dead , blue light lang pag sinaksak ang usb at hindi ma detect ng pc .. kahit na may driver installed ako na bago. kaya hindi ako makapag flash. bakit kaya hindi madetect ng pc.? binuksan ko ang unit hindi pa nagagalaw...
