    as per my experience.mahirap kumuha ng card sa bpi unlike sa security bank/metro and eastwest.. yung citibank naka2 decline ako dati before ako naapproved pero di naman dumating ung card.

    kung under payroll ang account mo medyo malabo nga..pero kung may savings na account ka or deposit account at sobrang active..siguro in span of 7 years baka alukin ka din nila.
