    It could be a hardware issue. Lalong lalo na ang RAM, if may spare ka palitan mo muna o kung dalawang stick, try to remove the other.

    Sir, na-test na ba ninyo yung output voltage niya using a DMM? Kung may alam ka sa electronics, I would suggest na idownload mo yung schematic diagram ng motherboard ng laptop mo at i-test ang mga components. Goodluck on your troubleshooting.
