sir Riyae08, i think nagbayad naman po yung company. kasi parang takot sila sa penalties. lol. and they have given me summary doon sa last pay ko w/ refund sa tax withheld. so yung income ko as casual, taxable pa rin po diba? (minimum wage earner pala ako as casual). so no tax due na ba ako...- mnemon

tanong lang po. kung nagtatrabaho po ako starting feb 2016 sa isang private company (with withholding tax) tapos nag stop ako noong november at nag transfer bilang casual employee sa isang government agency (no withholding tax, no deductions). magfa-file po ba ako ng itr ngayong april 15?- mnemon
